Collaborative Research on the Brain and Self-Care (Individual Submission of Teamwork)

Research in Neuroscience has shown that the left hemisphere of the brain does everything with words. It's the commentator, always adding what it thinks about everything we do. The right side of the brain, understands information, feels emotions, and does not evaluate or add its interpretation to anything we do. It doesn't use words to express understanding or emotions. The right side just understands and feels. It focuses on the whole and has a very wide view rather than on its individual parts. Unlike the right hemisphere of the brain, the left is very detail oriented with a very narrow view of circumstances and life in general.
