Teamwork: Self-Compassion and Being Grateful

How is self-compassion and showing gratitude connected to the right hemisphere of the brain? Add research-based information and the link to the source of information to substantiate your response. 

Instructions

  1. One team member will schedule a ZOOM meeting.
  2. Each team member will try out 3-5 compassion and gratitude techniques that can help the attendees practice mindfulness.
  3. Recording the ZOOM meeting and upload it to YouTube or Vimeo.
  4. Each member will share the link of the YouTube or Vimeo using the advanced post. 
  5. Reply to another team member's post.
