Week 1: Emotions (Jan 11-17) My Wellness Journal -“How Do You Feel Today?”

My Wellness Journal from January 11, 2021 to 10th February, 2021 -  “How Do You Feel Today?”  - You will be required to maintain a journal every day during the duration of the course briefly reflecting on how you feel each day. This will help you reflect on your wellness - both physically and mentally.

Week 2: Resilience (Jan 18-24) Reflections - positive and negative thoughts

List your thoughts and reflect on how they made you feel. Make sure you have a couple of reflections with explanations. If they were negative, think of the causes and possible solutions. Be prepared to share your thoughts with the course participants.

Week 3: Relationships (Jan 25-31) Random acts of kindness

At the end of each day, list your random act of kindness. Just make sure you've finished seven total new acts of kindness by the end of the week.

Gratitude Letter

Write a letter of gratitude to someone you care about and keep the rough copy in your journal. For this assignment, think of one living person who has made a big difference in your life, but whom you never properly thanked.
