Mindfulness Practice with Bells

This is a 5-minute mindfulness meditation practice with bells. The sound of the bell will start the session and end it.


  • Sit down in a quiet place where you will not be disturbed. 
  • Keep your eyes open with your gaze in front of you, but with your eyes focused slightly downwards or close your eyes. 
  • Focus on your breath as it goes out. 
  • Every time a thought or sensation comes in, label it thinking, and come back to the focusing on the breath as it goes out.
